Sahira Waadi Al-Dunasi has spent her life looking after her kingdom and her wayward sister, the future queen. So when her sister Hessa decides to join the infamous Sand Trials taking place to choose the next Dunayan leader, Sahira is left with no option but to follow.

However, she does not count with Zain Al-Khamari to show up for the trials. The boy who broke her heart, and who now is a grown man that wants to gain Sahira’s trust back.

Sahira must keep her sister alive whilst trying to fight her own battles.
